Peter Rumbold
Chief Executive Officer
Peter Rumbold, CEO of Shadowbox Studios and President of CWAM, brings extensive experience in global real estate investing. He previously helped establish Soros Fund Management’s direct real estate platform and served as Head of Acquisitions at Winter Properties. Before that, Peter managed multi-asset investments at Cerberus Real Estate Capital Management. He brings a strategic, investment-focused perspective to Shadowbox’s expansion.

Mike Mosallam
Chief Operating Officer
Mike Mosallam, COO of Shadowbox Studios, is an entertainment executive with nearly 20 years of industry experience. He previously led major studio strategy and infrastructure initiatives at Netflix and Apple Studios, dramatically expanding global studio portfolios. Earlier, Mike oversaw the Sunset Studios portfolio in Hollywood, cultivating relationships with leading creative talent. At Shadowbox, he oversees global operations and the rollout of new premium studio services.

Seth Brodie
Chief Financial Officer
Seth Brodie, CFO, is an accomplished entertainment finance executive with deep experience leading finance, accounting, operations, HR, and business affairs. He previously was CFO at Anonymous Content, and prior to that he led corporate finance at Legendary Entertainment and DreamWorks Studios. Seth supported the structuring of films such as Dune, Godzilla vs. Kong, Detective Pikachu, and Lincoln. He brings extensive expertise in studio financial strategy and large-scale content operations.

Carol Genis
Chief Legal Officer
Carol Genis, CLO, is a senior entertainment law executive with more than 25 years of experience across corporate transactions, M&A, financings, IP, compliance, and litigation management. She previously served as Head of Legal Affairs at Twentieth Century Fox, overseeing legal operations for Fox Television, Fox 21, and Fox Searchlight. Carol brings deep leadership experience across public and private media companies. Her work spans large-scale legal strategy and operational oversight.

Jeff Weber
Chief Development Officer
Jeff Weber, Chief Real Estate Development Officer, is a 45-year veteran of commercial real estate investment and development. Before advising and joining Shadowbox, he executed major developments across retail, industrial, office, self-storage, multifamily, and single-family rental sectors. Jeff began advising Shadowbox in 2019 and now leads the company’s real estate development strategy. He lives in Nashville and remains active in community and youth sports organizations.

Thuong Luong
Chief Real Estate Officer
Thuong Luong, CREO, is an experienced investment professional with extensive real estate and financial services expertise. Her previous roles include EVP and Chief of Staff at BRIDGE Housing, Chief Investment Officer at Gehr Hospitality, and Senior Vice President of Portfolio Management at Laurus Corporation. Thuong brings a strong background in organizational leadership, investment strategy, and asset portfolio execution.

Thomas Laub
VP of Studio Strategy
Thomas Laub, VP of Studio Strategy, brings extensive expertise in global production infrastructure and studio portfolio development. Before joining Shadowbox, he served as Head of Production Planning at Apple Studios, managing and expanding over one million square feet of production and creative space. He has also consulted for studio operators worldwide and previously worked in revenue analytics at Disney. Outside of studio operations, Thomas is a three-time Tony Award–winning producer.

Ashton Stansbury
VP of Real Estate Acquisitions
Ashton Stansbury, VP of Real Estate Acquisitions at Shadowbox Studios, oversees new real estate investments and the asset management of the company’s global portfolio. He brings extensive transaction experience across capital markets, having worked on over $7 billion in real estate deals. Prior to Shadowbox, Ashton held roles at Blackstone, Jefferies, and Green Street Advisors. He holds a BA in Economics with a Minor in Mathematical Finance from the University of Southern California.

Darrin Morris
Director of Global Real Estate Development
Darrin Morris, Director of Global Real Estate Development, is a construction leader with extensive experience delivering complex, high-value projects across more than 40 countries. His global portfolio spans work across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas for companies such as Bloomberg, Goldman Sachs, and Rolls Royce. Darrin brings deep expertise in international construction strategy and large-scale project execution.

Dean Horne
VP of Global Studio Operations
Dean Horne, VP of Global Studio Operations, is a veteran studio operations leader with deep experience managing large film studio campuses. Prior to joining Shinfield Studios, he spent 15 years with the Pinewood Group overseeing Shepperton Studios and Pinewood Studio Wales. Dean is known for his operational leadership, client service, and expertise in studio infrastructure management.

Christy Fenhagen
VP of Accounting
Christy Fenhagen, VP of Accounting, oversees Shadowbox’s finance and accounting operations across the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia. With more than twenty years of experience, she ensures financial integrity across the company’s development and studio operations. Christy brings deep expertise in corporate accounting, organizational leadership, and cross-border financial management. Her steady approach supports the company’s continued global growth.

Beth Gallagher
Sr. Director of Global Sales
Beth Gallagher, Sr. Director of Global Sales, previously served as Head of EMEA/APAC Production Real Estate for Amazon Studios, where she managed over 600,000 square feet of long-term studio space. Her work supported major tentpole productions at Shepperton Studios, Bray Studios, and other flagship facilities. Beth brings strong expertise in studio real estate acquisition, development, and international portfolio management.

Jeremiah Cullen
Director of Global Sales
Jeremiah Cullen, Director of Global Sales, brings over 15 years of production experience across North America. A former Production Coordinator, he applies his extensive on-set background to anticipate client needs and structure practical, budget-conscious deals. Jeremiah is noted for his deep understanding of production logistics and commitment to exceptional client support.

Ryan Sloat
Director of Shadowbox Lighting & Co-Lead of Operations, Atlanta
Ryan Sloat, Director of Shadowbox Lighting and Co-Lead of Operations in Atlanta, brings more than a decade of experience in lighting and grip rentals for film and television. He played a foundational role in building Shadowbox’s rental division and establishing the company as a trusted equipment provider. Ryan is a graduate of Savannah College of Art and Design and a member of IATSE Local 479. He previously served as Director of Grip & Lighting at Quixote Studios in Atlanta.

Clayton Lindsey
Director of Facilities & Co-Lead of Operations, Atlanta
Clayton Lindsey, Director of Facilities and Co-Lead of Operations in Atlanta, oversees studio operations, infrastructure expansion, and facilities strategy at Shadowbox Studios. With more than 25 years of experience across entertainment, construction, and telecommunications, he brings deep expertise in operations leadership and facilities management. Since joining Shadowbox in 2016, Clayton has been instrumental in scaling the company’s footprint and improving operational efficiency. He holds a BBA from Valdosta State University and multiple certifications in OSHA, EPA, LEED, and general contracting.

Seth Hauer
Manager of Workforce Development & Sustainability
Seth Hauer, Manager of Workforce Development & Sustainability, brings over 15 years of experience in physical production, creative development, and studio operations. Before joining Shadowbox, he supported international production teams at Lionsgate, Entertainment One, and Apple, coordinating projects across Spain, Germany, Vancouver, and Los Angeles. He began his career in creative development with producing teams at HBO, Netflix, and Fifth Season. At Shadowbox, Seth advances partnerships with filmmakers, educators, and sustainability leaders worldwide.

Ruby Hornsey
Studio Operations Manager, Shinfield
Ruby Hornsey, Studio Operations Manager at Shinfield Studios, oversees day-to-day operations and serves as a primary point of contact for productions from pre-production through wrap. She previously built her career at Twickenham Studios, rising from Runner to Studio Coordinator and gaining experience with leading production companies. Ruby is known for her solutions-driven approach, friendly demeanor, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. She is passionate about delivering exceptional client service and seamless studio operations.

Charlene St Aubyn
Financial Controller, Shinfield
Charlene St Aubyn, Financial Controller, is a finance professional with over 20 years of experience in financial operations within the film and television industry. She previously spent more than two decades at Pinewood Shepperton Studios, overseeing financial operations in a fast-paced production environment supporting major film and television projects. In 2021, Charlene joined Shadowbox Shinfield at the start of its development, helping establish financial processes and supporting the studio’s growth from the ground up.

Monica Bonner
Accounting Manager, Atlanta
Monica Bonner, Accounting Manager at Shadowbox Atlanta, brings over 20 years of experience in accounting and financial management. She specializes in financial analysis and reporting, process improvements, and oversight of month-end close procedures. Prior to joining Shadowbox, Monica held accounting roles across the healthcare, banking, and manufacturing sectors. She holds a BA in Accounting from Dillard University and a Master of Accounting and Financial Management from Keller Graduate School of Management. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and strong technical expertise, Monica is dedicated to maintaining financial stability and integrity in reporting.
