As a third-party operator, Shadowbox can manage all day-to-day studio operations—including scheduling, maintenance, tenant services, leasing, and financial planning. The Shadowbox leadership team has been responsible for the design and construction of over 10M+ SF of premium studio space globally and provides consultancy to third-party clients and projects. Our in-house real estate and development teams handle all aspects of development, including scouting, acquisition, sourcing, design, construction management, optimization, tenanting, and studio management.
